LUXOR, WEST BANK. A stand-alone manor, 100 meters from Nilo: you can see feluccas skating on it and and cruise ships leaving the docks. The manor offers a view of Luxor Temple and Karnak Temple, behind them the desert mountain: Valley of Kings. It’s a place to contemplate unforgettable dawn and sunset, without the noisy traffic of Luxor, but with the quiet and the peace of its people and the donkeys that gaze in the fields.
The Rose flat, ground floor, 80 square meters, has a garden of bananas, bouganvilleas, roses and a rare Acaccia plant with wonderful flowers. In the garden you can dining or relaxe with a cup of tea.
Inside there are kitchen, lounge room, bedroom with the possibility to add more beds, and a large bathroom. Each room is endowed with ceiling fan, and the bedroom is air conditioned.
The little Blue Flat, at the second floor, is characterized by famous humps ( domes ) in typical arabian style. With a large shady terrace you can dining or relax with a karkadè.

On the ground floor, in the garden, there is the laundry, with washing machine, clotheshorse, ironing board and iron. The garden and the terrace are illuminated by colored suffused lights, that add atmosphere to the atmosphere. The manor offers quite nights, because it’s enclosed by high walls with iron gate. There is also security at your disposal, that will not disturb your sleeps.
LUXOR, WEST BANK. Villa indipendente, a 100 metri dal Nilo, da cui si vedono feluche pattinare sull'acqua e le navi da crociera partire, con vista del Tempio di Luxor ed il Tempio di Karnak, con alle spalle la montagna di deserto : la Valle dei Re. E' luogo di contemplazione di albe e tramonti indimenticabili, senza il rumoroso traffico della Luxor città, e con la quiete e tranquillità dei sui abitanti e dei somarelli che pascolano nei campi.
L' appartamento Rosa, a piano terra, di 80 metri quadri dispone dil giardino coni banani, bouganville e rose, ed una rara pianta di Acacia dai fiori meravigliosi, in cui si può cenare e rilassarsi per un thè, con cucina, sala, camera da letto matrimoniale dove è possibile aggiungere altri letti, ed ampio bagno. Ogni stanza è dotata di ventilatore a soffitto, e la camera di aria condizioanta.
Il mini appartamento Blu, al secondo piano, è caratterizzato dalle famose gobbe ( cupole ) in tipico stile arabo e dispone di un ampio terrazzo ombreggiato dove si può cenare o rilessarsi la sera con un fresco karcadè. E' dotato di cucina, camera da letto matrimoniale e bagno. Anche qui ventilatore e aria condizionata in camera.
A piano terra, in guardino, la stanza lavanderia, con lavatrice, stendibiancheria, asse e ferro da stiro a disposizione dei clienti. Giardino e terrazza sono iluminati da luci soffuse colorate, che aggiungono atmosfera all'atmosfera.... La notte si passa tranquilla, perchè la villa è recintata da alti muri e cancello in ferro e senza accorgervi, sorvegliati dalla sicurity a vostra disposizione.
